A self-taught chef, I began this journey through the world of gastronomy thanks to my mother, whose culinary creations I’ve always admired. My inspiration comes from long walks through various food markets, visiting a variety of  kitchens, restaurants and reading inspiring, global cookbooks. I love to travel to enhance my culinary training. I enjoy exploring different ingredients and combining them with traditional flavours from Ecuador in creating delicious dishes.
The kitchen is pure inspiration. Ingredients, recipes and traditions occupy most of my daily thoughts. Making home style food, with recipes from my mother, using “family secrets,” sharing them with friends unconditionally, and those that work with me, is a treasure I try to preserve and now, share with you!
