PANAMERICAN PANEL: Sunday August 26 (1:00pm – 2:00pm)

Therese De Grace culinary career spans over two decades and she has had a lifelong passion for Global Cuisine.  Originally from Toronto Therese has been the recipient of many awards and accolades including Loreal’s Mille Femme Magnifique and was featured in City Bites Top Ten Chefs to watch.  Her culinary travels have taken her to Ste. Anne’s Spa, The Kildare Hotel, Toronto’s beloved Lola’s Commissary and most recently as the Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Manager at The Good Earth Food & Wine Company.  At present she has been using her years of Hospitality experience to consult for restaurants both in Toronto & The Niagara Region. Therese divides her time between Grimsby & Bloordale with her two Basenji Puppies & partner in business, life & crime Karen.
